Our Residential Carpet Cleaning Process
- Vacuum the entire carpet with a commercial vacuum cleaner (removal of dry soil)
- Vacuum the corner and edges with a crevice tool
- Treat specific spots
- Apply pre-conditioner to entire carpet (loosens the soil clinging to the fibers)
- Brush in the pre-conditioner with a power head
- Allow dwell time for the preconditioner
- Rinse/extract the carpet with a non-residual rinsing agent (to remove spotting agents, pre-conditioners and soil)
- Apply carpet protector (optional)
- Groom carpet (helps evenly distribute the protector and removes footprints and wand marks)
- Return moved furniture with tabs or blocks under the legs (We move moveable furniture. We do NOT move full wall units, entertainment centers, computer desks, full bookcases, waterbeds, platform beds, etc.)
