Extend The Life Of Your Furniture
Periodically cleaning your upholstery will greatly extend the life of your furniture. Our upholstery protector provides resistance to soil, water, and wear and tear.
Our Upholstery Cleaning Process
- Vacuum the entire upholstered item using truck mount powered vacuum with an upholstery brush (removal of dry soil)
- Treat specific spots
- Apply pre-conditioner (loosens the soil clinging to the fibers)
- Brush in the pre-conditioner with a soft horse-hair brush
- Allow dwell time for the pre-conditioner to emulsify dirt and soils
- Rinse/extract the upholstery with a non-residual rinsing agent (to remove spotting agents, pre-conditioners and soil)
- Apply upholstery protector (optional)
- Groom upholstery (for fabrics with a nap, such as velvet)
- Speed dry using high volume fans
